PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI MTS NEGERI 3 MEDAN

The method used descriptive analytical method, where researcher will describe, then analyze depth research findings. results study are Coaching for classroom teachers carried out three competency areas, namely: a) supervision competence, b) Education and c) Development Improvement, UKG be able develop demonstrate full competence a teacher. Complete which includes combining applying skill, attitude knowledge that interrelated, Madrasah, teacher performance appraisal process madrasas follows several provisions, including: (1) assessment by madrasa principal or deputy head competent senior teacher, appointed (who has attended training); (2) conducted twice year (formative at beginning summative end year); (3) formative as basis preparation profiles planning annual PKB/PKR program teachers.
