<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="369"><p>The purpose of this paper is to 1) Analyze the Academic Supervision Implementation Program in Improving Teacher Performance, 2) Analyzing Competency Test 3) Performance Assessment Madrasahs. The method used descriptive analytical method, where researcher will describe, then analyze depth research findings. results study are Coaching for classroom teachers carried out three competency areas, namely: a) supervision competence, b) Education and c) Development Improvement, UKG be able develop demonstrate full competence a teacher. Complete which includes combining applying skill, attitude knowledge that interrelated, Madrasah, teacher performance appraisal process madrasas follows several provisions, including: (1) assessment by madrasa principal or deputy head competent senior teacher, appointed (who has attended training); (2) conducted twice year (formative at beginning summative end year); (3) formative as basis preparation profiles planning annual PKB/PKR program teachers.
